My doctor told me yesterday i had a uti and i started my antibiotics every 12 hours. i woke up this morning with a lot more blood.& timy clots?

Give it more time: It usually takes 2-3 days for antibiotics to start to improve symptoms of a UTI or to change the appearince of urine, and things often get worse for a day or so, as apparently in your case. If things are still worse tomorrow or no improvement after two more days, contact your doctor's office.
