Should i go to the er now or wait until morning? i've had what feels like a uti since sat. morning. very painfullittle clots of blood are coming out.

UTI: You certainly would benefit from having a urine culture and being started on a course of antibiotics. Assuming you have no fever or chills, you can probably wait until the morning to see your pcp. Otherwise, an urgent care center can handle this problem as well.
