Had 3day course of antibiotics to clear uti (test found blood & white cells) which i finished yesterday. i'm still suffering with back & stomach pains?

UTI: It may be that the antibiotic didn't work. You need to call your doc to discuss it with him and perhaps you need a different antibiotic or even a totally different treatment if urine culture is negative.
