Time for a GI: consult. See a Board Certified Gastroenterologist. The Nexium (esomeprazole) should have given you some relief from your heartburn symptoms. It makes me think that something else is causing your symptoms. This could be serious. Also, check in with your regular physician. They can help and suggest a GI specialist.
