Hi, i had tonsillitis with flu symptoms last month, and now i have it again. i try to take nyquil and advil (ibuprofen). any idea what it the diagnosis could be?

Tonsillitis: For tonsillitis I would see a doctor as it may be strep a bacterial infection which can give flu like symptoms and will need antibiotics to treat.

Mgt: I would suggest a throat swab for Strep, to help guide the next step. You may need antibiotics.
