If i've had a dose of nyquil severe cold and flu already about 3 hrs prior, is it safe for me to take ibuprofen pm as well?

NyQuil has: Acetaminophen, doxylamine, dextromethonphan and phenylephrine. It’s fine to take additional ibuprofen but not PM. It’s not a good idea to mix diphenhydramine with doxylamine.
