Yes: Advil (ibuprofen) cold & sinus contains only Ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine. There is no cough suppressant. Alka seltzer cold & flu night contains more ingredients including dm (dextramethorphan) a cough suppressant, doxyalmine (antihistamine that may help cough), acetaminophen, and phenylephrine a mild decongestant.

Think so: They should be compatible if both don't contain acetominophen or decongestant as there could be liver injury or hypertension, respectively. Ibuprofen and Aspirin together could irritate your stomach. The cough might respond to honey or dextromethorphin . If there is a question consult your pharmacist.
