It's tough: and I wonder if your doctor will allow the use of H-2 Blocker like PEPCID (famotidine) or TAGAMET Ask! Hope this helps BTW LACTAID FREE MILK may help..and its almost "natural" (I assume with colitis you may be lactase Deficient)
