I was told i have ibd, colitis, duodentitis and gerd. is it possible to all at once? or am i being misdaignosed? what's the cure?

Yes, you can : Have crohn's disease, a type of ibd, of colon and duodenum at same time. Gerd is reflux of stomach contents back into esophagus, and a common condition. I don't think it is misdiagnosis. Cure depends on underlying cause.
