Yes : If you have had upper and lower endoscopy with these diagnosis. U may even have had biopsies to confirm this. Ask ur GI doc for results, if they wr done.

Yes, you can : Have crohn's disease, a type of ibd, of colon and duodenum at same time. Gerd is reflux of stomach contents back into esophagus, and a common condition. I don't think it is misdiagnosis. Cure depends on underlying cause.
