Cannabis and anxiety: Like most pot smokers, you will probably be surprised to learn that even though smoking may seem like it helps your anxiety, regular use changes your brain chemistry in ways that increase baseline anxiety. See a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety. There are many good ways to treat anxiety, but they are much more work than taking a drug, whether pill or pot. A former client said smoking did not really help with his depression and anxiety, it just "lowered his give a sh** factor." Action oriented cognitive and behavioral approaches we took in his therapy were what gave him the tools to actually do something different when he felt anxious. It is more effective to act your way into thinking and feeling differently than it is to try to think or feel your way into being able to act differently. In regard to your wisdom teeth removal, I am not sure what that has to do with smoking or not.

Interaction Unlikely: There are no IV medications that interact with cannabis in a way that would be very dangerous. There is synergy between cannabis and opiates for pain relief and the side effects from other medications might be augmented (such as sedation). I agree that dealing with anxiety with cannabis not good. It is particularly problematic in developing brains. Get help if need be to stop use.

Before walking in: Put it out before walking in without getting in trouble depending on the state. Shouldn't be a problem.
