I had strabismus surgery as an adult aged 31 it was mild and i wanted to know what the likelihood of it returning? also i smoke cannabis and havent done for 5 weeks now! can smoking weed bring back my lazy eye?

I can't give you numbers but there are some basic factors to consider. Keeping lined up is influenced by the amount of vision in the weak eye. If it is good, your brain will keep you aligned by holding the tracking that allows depth perception. If the vision is minimal & the procedure was more cosmetic, it will have a greater tendency to drift. I doubt the weed makes a difference, but no data
