Probably Nothing: I don't want to make too little of this but given what you described, didn't sound like anything more than a muscular or skeletal pain. If it gets worse Or you start getting any shortness of breath, seek immediate medical attention. Otherwise, I expect it will get better soon. Take a hot soak and stretch.

Questions: There are a number of follow up questions I would have to your inquiry such as when do you notice the pain,is it with each breath,is it with movement,is it constant, what is the quality of the pain, did it literally start directly following your tobacco cessation or is it at all related to when you smoke cannabis? You may want to speak with your doc to have a thorough discussion to help best treat
