Not recommended: It is possible that marijuana could help some of the pain post op but it is not something i would really recommend to enhance healing.

Not bad for healing: Although, weed is not bad for healing after surgery, i would not recommend for the reason of addiction and other consequences. It's been shown to significantly weaken one's mental capacity and negatively affect the liver.
