Pelvic ultrasound clean 2months ago,new one shows 1.5cm complex cyst with some vascularity. constant dull lower stomach pain, is there risk of cancer?

These: "complex" cysts in PRE-MENOPAUSAL women are rare and usually benign and RESOLVE.....In any case your GYNN will know how to "follow-up" in your case. The main point I can make here is that its VERY UNLIKELY that 1. This is Cancer 2. It's causing your pain See your GYN Hope this helps! Dr Z
