PPI's: One of the reasons that you might not be getting great results could do with timing of medicine & food. Be sure to take PPI's at least 30-60 minutes before eating (or 2 hours after eating). This is true for almost all of the drugs in this class (except rabeprazole). If that doesn't help, talk to your doctor about switching medicines or adding an H2 blocker. Hope that helps!
