4 days ago, i upped my zoloft (sertraline) dose from 18 mg to 25 mg. been on zoloft (sertraline) a year. today i noticed 5 bruises on my leg. is this from zoloft (sertraline), or dance?

Possible side effect: Zoloft (sertraline) and other SSRI type meds can affect clotting time which may lead to bruising. Although this is an uncommon if not rare side effect, discuss with prescribing doctor for guidance. See: http://www.wfh.org/en/page.aspx?pid=639 I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Medication effects: I understand your concern. Thank you for informing about Obsessive compulsive disorder, and taking Xanax (alprazolam) and Prilosec. It is likely that increasing dose of Zoloft and taking Xanax (alprazolam) and Prilosec led to fall and bruises on the leg. All 3 medications can cause dizziness, Zoloft may cause visual disturbance.
