Definitely, yes: Many antidepressants such as SSRIs like Cymbalta, Effexor, (venlafaxine) and Zoloft have been linked to a worsening of RLS. Alternatives include Wellbutrin and Norpramin. Ask your doctor for more information.

Possible: Zoloft (sertraline) usually does NOT exacerbate RLS, but if so, you might take in morning and see if that helps. Also, you might benefit from use of a dopamine agonist at bedtime to control the restless legs.
