Occasionally yes: Genetics, alcohol and caffeine, changes in exercise patterns, certain meds, iron deficiency, kidney problems, nerve damage can all cause or worsen restless legs syndrome. Zoloft (sertraline) can sometimes. It looks like you're on Mellaril which can worsen RLS too.
