None: There are no magic shoes. Athletic shoes are more inclined to help you move and this is helpful for weight loss. You do not need to over do it. Start slow and progress in your movement-exercise. Eat a proper diet - no processed foods, and lower carb except veggies. No sugar. No soda. Cut out the bread, pasta, potatoes, and packaged foods. Get plenty of sleep in a dark, dark room.
