NB and orthotics: NB sneakers are very useful for people who have foot problems. It is likely that if you have pain with standing you may have flat feet or pronation. Consider orthotics

Works for me.: Aside from being a podiatrist for almost forty years, I also have owned a restaurant for twenty six years. I buy my chefs and kitchen workers their first pair of "KEEN" utility shoes. Black, non slip and very comfortable.
