Itchy?: If the eyes are itchy and watering (on both sides) this could be due to pollen, or other environmental, allergy. The pain sounds consistent with frontal sinus pressure. Often, a long-acting second generation antihistamine such as loratidine or cetirizine is a good first step toward finding relief.
