Muscle damage...: Exercise, cholesterol medication, dehydration alcohol in different combination can cause muscle damage......halt exercise, hydrate yourself, stop cholesterol med if taking, get blood CPK and kidney function checked. Electrolytes, potassium, Magnesium, Calcium may be relevant.
