left arm aching, and right side of neck aching. no reason, just horrible random pain while walking or sleeping. new dizzy feelings within a month.

Seek evaluation: I would recommend a cardiac evaluation as soon as possible as these symptoms may indicate a heart issue. I would recommend an EKG, ECHO, and stress test to rule out worrisome causes.
