Fever: usually immunization can cause mild fever for couple days ,but it will subsided ,and it could be treated with Tylenol (acetaminophen).

A DPT vaccine is an: important vaccine for babies and children. Depending on where your niece lives, it may actually be a DTaP vaccine. It should also be her second one of the series. It's for diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus. If she has a fever (which does happen sometimes) and doesn't look well, please have her taken to her doctor.
