Needs to be checked: We do not have enough information to guess what this swelling is due to We need more history how long it has been, how it started, any history of trauma,does it hurt, how does it feel to touch. Any problem walking and response to any at home treatment. It can be a soft tissue swelling like a lipoma,a cyst or another King of tumor, swelling in muscles or a bony swelling. Get it checked by your MD
