May need examiantion: It seems like you are referring to your Groin area where lymph nodes are normally situated. If there is any infection or inflammation in the leg or lower abdomen, these nodes can enlarge temporarily. If the welling is progressive and does not settle down in 2-3 weeks, you need to see your doctor for a medical examination.
