Can hiv cause node swell one after the other? noticed painless nodes swollen back of neck then 2 weeks after painful one on left collarbone which went down and then around another 2 weeks later painful node on right pelvis area which has went away 2?

Almost certainly this wasn't HIV, which doesn't cause one node after another to become inflamed or enlarged. Only several nodes at once, and almost always with fever, sore throat, and/or skin rash. However, this question suggests you are worried and might have been at risk -- therefore, you should be tested for HIV, regardless of these nodes. Better safe than sorry!
