See your OB-GYN: Complex ovarian cysts are common in premenopausal women. Most common are hemorrhagic cysts (benign cysts that may have bled internally). A follow-up ultrasound in 6-8 weeks may be needed to ensure that it resolves. If it doesn't, may need to consider other etiologies. Pelvic pain or hip pain related to your cycle may be related to fibroids, adenomyosis, or endometriosis. Talk to an OB-GYN.
