Yes: You can use the previously prescribed drops but if you are getting recurrent pink eye over and over then you should be seen again by the doctor. It's possible that you have some sort of allergic conjunctivitis.

Unexpired eye drops: Did the doctor prescribe the same drops again? if he did then it is OK because it is not expired .if it was not prescribed do not use it as the condition may be different, as pink eye twice in 2 months is unusual , may be dry eye, chemical, viral, bacterial or iritis/anteior uveitis -an inflammation-not infection , even glaucoma ( usually pain) f/u/ with ophthalmologist or optometrist .
