Sometimes the PVC: focus is only bruised rather than destroyed with complex ventricular ablations and so the arrhythmia recurs after a short period of time. There are many options but its best to discuss these with your electrophysiologist and see if a repeat procedure would be beneficial instead of or along with different drug therapy.
