Is it possible to have ana-negative sle? my ana/ra came back negative & all blood & urine results were normal. i did have a maculopapular like rash on my chest & butterfly redness on face. flu like symptoms at times with fever. ana done 2 weeks ago.

Yes follow up please: There are additional tests which may be performed to determine whether you have developed auto antibodies. I would suggest seeing a Rheumatologist for evaluation.
