See a doctor : What kind of gland is swollen in your abdomen pancreas or what . Either way you need to see a doctor for a definite diagnosis try to stay hydrated by drinking water and Gatorade eat yogurt and banana that will help the diarrhea if you could hydrate yourself go back to the ER for IV hydration
