A member asked:

I am 34 weeks preg with controlled high blood pressure recent blood work showed my albumin was 2.7 and my alkaline phosporate was 172, should i worry?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need more info: Alkaline phosphatase is not of concern. However, albumin of 2.7 warrants attention. Are you losing protein in the urine? If so you may need closer attention by your obstetrician. It would be prudent to see your doctor as your earliest convenience.
