28 weeks: toothache: Go to a dentist right away, as it could be a dental abscess, which can be serious. Your being 28 weeks pregnant will not prevent dental exams or treatments.

Control infection: Most toothaches are caused by infection, dental caries, which may progress to a serious problem, an abscess, that can harm both you and your baby. Please see your Dentist immediately. He/she will be able to determine the cause of your pain and provide the appropriate treatment.
