You can..: But it is better to find a dentist, since ER's are not set up to perform dental care. Your dentist will consult with your OBGYN before treatment is rendered. No harm will come to your baby. Please call for an appointment ASAP before your problem escalates.

I'm sure you can,: but not sure they will do anything, because ERs are generally not equipped to handle dental emergencies. If you are pregnant and have a toothache, do not hesitate to take an appointment with your dentist notifying him/her that you are pregnant.
