My concerns: I am more concerned with your vision, and would highly recommend an eye exam to evaluate possible detached retina. Contact your physician today and get appt with ophthalmologist.

Absolutely: Yes you should absolutely be seen to rule out a serious injury such as a subdural hematoma. I am not saying you have that, it is just a certain number of things would be wise to rule out.
