Yes, fatigue can : sometimes worsen esotropia. See an ophthalmologist, an MD who specializes in disorders of the eye, to see if corrective lenses will help. Exotropia must be treated in early childhood to prevent amblyopia with decreased vision in the weaker eye. If the exotropia is of recent onset, you may also need to see a neurologist to determine the cause. Alter your study schedule to get adequate sleep.
