Several things!: Weight train. Avoid hidden carbs. Keep blow 50 grams of carbs (not counting fiber) per day. And finally, only apples, not pears, reap the quick weight loss benefits. In other words, it does not have the same benefit for android (methyltestosterone) versus gynecoid obesity!
