Not if you eat right: You need to eat a balanced diet which is also healthy. This is a long term discipline which requires control over your eating behavior. Eat low fat, plant based foods and avoid animal foods(red meats), avoid fast foods and sweets including sugary drinks. Then you do not have to worry about putting on weight.
