Muscle strain: Depends on what you do.This could be a muscle strain if you are very athletic. Need to be evaluated by a doc if this persist. If it comes and go,, then it is unlikely to be a nerve issue. The more active , the greater the possiblity of a muscular issue such as a groin strain.See your doc if it persists.
