Is it a pinched nerve have pain n the front inner & side of thigh. have pain n lower back, hips, pubic bone, groin area. can decompression help this?

Depends: This depends on what your imaging reveals. Lumbar stenosis can cause back pain and pain into thighs which are worse with ambulation. Decompression can help this with or without a fusion depending on your specific image and exam. However you are very young for something like this to happen. Please be seen and evaluated.
