It still sounds like: a viral syndrome even though you don't seem to have a measurable increase in temperature. Perhaps you didn't take your temperature because you didn't feel hot. But I believe you are still fighting off a virus, though likely not influenza which is associated with a high fever and often a cough. Rest, drink plenty of fluids, take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for aches. Better in a couple more days.
