Can be pneumonia : You should follow up with an md. Self diagnosis at this stage of ailment may not always be in your best interest. The amount of time with these symptoms, as well as contributing factors can make for a longer recovery. Dehydration is often a contributing factor to headache, light headedness and soreness- but an md DX is required to r/o seriousness of illness.
