Blood on stool surfa: At your age unlikely unless a history of ulcerative colitis or familial polyposis, rarely could be Meckles. Most likely is hemorrhoids or hard stool . Would not worry but do f/u with doctor

Cancer unlikely: It is good that u will be going to ur doctor tmrw as that wld be most appropriate. The commonest cause of blood in stool remains constipation. If u are having hard stools that wld explain it. Other causes are piles, polyps, Meckel' s diverticulum and others. U will need to have a thorough examination & if warranted, a visit to a gastroenterologist for procedures. Good luck.
