That's fine: Life is not exact. The Pediarix vaccine is recommended to be done at about 2, 4, and 6 months of age. There should be 6-8 weeks between doses, and there's no difference between getting a shot 6 weeks later and getting one 8 weeks later.

See answer : The vaccines of Pediatrix and other similar combination vaccines can be given anywhere from 4-8 weeks after the last dose. Different countries use different schedules. Where infections are more prevalent , like some tropical countries, these vaccines are used every 4 weeks to complete the schedule quicker. Bare minimum required between the doses is 4 weeks. So nothing to worry.
