See a Gynecologist : I suggest you see a gynecologist. Depending on your situation you might be able to use birth control in such a way as to limit the number of periods per year.

See an Ob/Gyn: There are a number of possible causes of painful periods in a young women. For example, endometriosis can cause pain like this. An Ob/Gyn can help you minimize the pain and also make sure its not more serious than a bad period. Hormonal contraception can help. Best wishes!
