Its not "normal": but is not unusual. Try some OTC antacid eg: Mylanta and eat something "bland"... If symptoms WORSEN or are not a LOT BETTER by tonight ..call the Gastroenterologist who performed the procedure. Hope you feel better and I hope this helps! Dr Z
