L- Theanine: I understand your need to have relief from Anxiety. L- Theanine is able to cross blood-brain barrier. Some research suggests that taking it may make unstressed people feel more tranquil. There in not enough Research to demonstrate effectiveness of L-Theanine for Anxiety. It is not as effective for treatment of Anxiety as Benzodiazepines, Therapy, Breathing and Music Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation
