Would need to see normal values for that lab and see and examine you to be able to help much. Not likely to be causing your symptoms. Would discuss with Dr. who ordered the tests.

Assuming IGF-1 was drawn in a 21 year old male and LabCorp ran the test, the normal value is 109−353 ng/mL. Depending on the reason the lab test was ordered, an MRI of the pituitary gland will assist in diagnosing acromegaly, unless symptoms are consistent with acromegaly.
