I have had 3 negative igg herpes tests. 1st at 8 weeks after contact, 2nd at 12 weeks, and 3rd at 10 months. how accurate are the results?

By ten months-good: Barring unusual circumstances, had you gotten infected, I presume you are concerned about HSV 2, antibody result would have been positive at 10 months after exposure.

Conclusive: Your negative results are conclusive. You could have stopped testing after the 12 week test.
